Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund within the return timeframe (return policy can be found here).
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
U.K. Orders
Express U.K. shipping is free on all orders over £49.
Shipping will be fulfilled by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or Parcelforce tracked services for all U.K. orders.
International Orders
Please note we can not control and can not be held responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note any shipping costs, taxes and/or duty applicable to your order are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated at checkout.
Returns
What is the return policy?
To start a return, please email contact@jirbill.com stating your order number and we will provide you with further information.
All items purchased at JIRBILL are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn & unwashed in their original condition, with all original tags intact to be eligible for return.
If these conditions are not met, JIRBILL reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to you.
Non-returnable goods: Socks
JIRBILL recommends that you return your products in their original packaging where available.
Please note that return shipping is currently not free and it will be the full responsibility of the customer to pay for the return of any item(s) purchased from this website. Please also note that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly advise that all returns are sent using recorded/insured delivery.
Clothing
What is your clothing made from?
Our clothing is made with 100% organic cotton, sourced from responsible, sustainable suppliers.
How to care for my clothing?
To care for your JIRBILL clothing over time, we recommend washing on a cool wash cycle and leaving to air dry.
If air drying isn’t feasible, we suggest tumble-drying on a low heat setting.
Packaging
How are my items packaged?
Our packaging consists of 100% recyclable materials, most of which are circular, meaning they come from waste originally destined for landfill.
We also use soy-based/water-based inks, as well as FSC® Certified materials to ensure we are delivering our ethically produced clothing in the most environmentally way possible.
